This copyright notice is designed to protect Piedmont Emergency Relief Center and our readers from unintended copyright violations. We hope that our site is used openly and actively as sources of information and ideas for human services agencies around the world.
As a human services institution, we recognize the need to share information among other human service agencies. Much of our information is published so that other agencies can learn and borrow from what we have done. We also acknowledge and sincerely appreciate the help we have received from other human service agencies and foundations.
Permissions to use our material
We extend the following permissions to other human service agencies that wish to use material from our web site:
- Links to any document, whether signed or unsigned, on any portion of the Piedmont ERC web site is freely permitted and encouraged;
- Any unsigned documents may be reproduced in whole or in part unless otherwise noted.
- Documents containing the byline or signature remain the copyrighted material of the author(s) (director, Ministerial Association, volunteers) and may not be reproduced in any media in whole or in part without specific written permission from the author. However, you may link to these documents.
- Graphic images at our sites are created by the webmaster, purchased from clip art collections, or copied from public-domain archives. Please contact Piedmont ERC's Webmaster at webmaster@piedmonterc.org before using any graphics from our site.
Commercial Use
Individuals and magazines, trade journals, books, and other print or electronic media that are sold or are published for profit must obtain permission to reproduce any part of any document on any of our web sites.
